Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) is an evidence-based program providing an alternative to residential care supporting reunification outcomes for children and young people aged 7-11.
Our Foster Care Recruiter and Trainer holds a critical role as part of the TFCO team focussed on growing the number of new foster carers engaged by OzChild to support New South Wales’s most vulnerable children and young people.
Working with key internal stakeholders, this role leads the entire end-to-end foster carer journey; from marketing, enquiry, face-to-face and/or online screenings and information sessions, to stewardship, training, and supports the assessing of potential foster carers.
