Are you passionate about creating better outcomes for young people and their families? Well this may be the opportunity for you! An exciting opening has arisen to join a well-established, cohesive and supportive team at OzChild. You would be joining a small and dedicated team of therapists providing intensive in-home engagement with a small caseload of no more than 5 families. You will be working flexibly to deliver outreach within the South East Melbourne region across the week and will be provided a company vehicle or car allowance.
The program works with caregivers and is multi-systemic, therefore functions across systems to gather a deeper understanding of a young person’s ecology, including family, peers, school or work, activities or interests, and support services. This will inform your understanding of any challenges or opportunities existing within the young person’s ecology and create shared goals and desired outcomes. Full training is provided as well as ongoing supervision and support.
