We are looking for an experienced and exceptional leader to fill the role of Director of Services NSW. OzChild is the largest provider of evidence-based programs in the child protection sector in Australia, providing a range of programs that improve family functioning, problem behaviour in both children and adults, drug use, mental ill health, and domestic and family violence.
Responsible for our service delivery in NSW you will lead robust evidence-based programs such as Functional Family Therapy, Multisystemic Therapy – Child Abuse and Neglect and Treatment Foster Care Oregon and successfully engage with sector partners and stakeholders at all levels to deliver positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.

This is a pivotal leadership role directing the work of the organisation to fulfil its goal of sustained and continued growth. It is a Director role that will suit a progressive leader with a collaborative and inclusive approach wanting to drive innovative and disruptive solutions.
Salary Package would be $ 170,000 circa which is including of super, salary packaging & car / car allowance
