Oxfam in Timor-Leste is recruiting a Gender Justice Senior Program Manager
Are you passionate about Gender Justice, Women’s Economic Empowerment and supporting gender transformation? Are you an experienced program manager, using feminist leadership approaches? Are you passionate about supporting civil society and communities to create change?

This exciting new position is responsible for the overall management of Gender Justice program and projects. This work seeks to influence changes at the community and organisational levels as well as changes in policies, understanding and practices at the national level. The Gender Justice Senior Program Manager will manage a team and will lead strategic planning, overall budget monitoring, program implementation and MEL for the programs it manages, in line with Oxfam’s partnership approach. This position will lead two exciting new projects; Hakbi’it, a women’s economic empowerment project, and the Women and Land project. It will also lead Oxfam in Timor-Leste’s engagement in the gender justice space internationally.
