In this role, you will provide Retention Case Management Support to enable RWAV to work with stakeholders and strategically respond to workforce issues.

Key Responsibilities of the position include:

• Assist the Health Workforce Development team in providing an appropriate level of support to primary healthcare practices, health professionals and doctors on RWAV 3GA programs through the provision of Retention Case Management.
• Liaise with external stakeholders seeking to engage with RWAV regarding particular issues or concerns relating to health workforce programs.
• Ensure all administrative processes related to RLRP and MDRAP are undertaken in accordance with agreed protocols and time frames.
• Liaise with health professionals, practices, regional DHHS, RTO’s and PHNs to promote RWAV activities.

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have possession of an undergraduate qualification in business, public health or similar along with relevant experience. Moreover you will have the ability to deliver excellent written quality reports and high-level verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.

Please note you will be required to provide Certification of tertiary qualifications and a National Police check is required prior to commencement in the position.
