Our Watch’s vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence. Our mandate is to stop violence before it happens, and our purpose is to provide national leadership to prevent all forms of violence against women and their children. ABOUT THE ROLE

Working within the Practice Leadership team, this position will contribute to delivering on the Practice Leadership operational plan, with specific focus on the management of the practice elements within the Our Watch National Media Engagement program. Working closely with Senior Media and Communications Advisor and policy and evaluation staff, the role will provide practice expertise in the development, dissemination and integration of high-quality training, tools and resources to aid prevention practice within the media setting across Australia.

ABOUT YOU

The Senior Practice Advisor, National Media Engagement will have significant prevention practice experience, project development and management experience, strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills, experience in training development and delivery, familiarity with evidence-based resource development and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
