About the role

This role will lead the design and implementation of a developmental evaluation that will also support the documentation of emerging outcomes. The projects – the National Primary Prevention Hub (the Hub) and the Workforce Development Project – connect and engage with stakeholders across the country to develop shared agendas and approaches for strengthening and building infrastructure and capacity for primary prevention of violence against women. Our Watch seeks to create a consistent and sustainable approach to prevention practice and the development of the prevention workforce across Australia.

About you

We are seeking an evaluation practitioner with an interest in developmental and systems approaches to evaluation and an intersectional approach to gender equality and preventing violence against women. The role requires capacity to work collaboratively to develop and implement an evaluation plan and methodology with an emphasis on supporting the collection, analysis and use of data to inform iterative project development. The successful applicant will also have ability to design and manage evaluation methodologies that support the identification and further testing of outcomes with stakeholders as they emerge.
