Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with our hosting service provider to ensure the effective management of our production infrastructure
  • Monitor application performance, and improving alerting and reporting tools and processes
  • Monitor and manage our non-production environments
  • Monitor and manage builds, releases and deployments to production and non-production environments
  • Set up, configure and support the tools and infrastructure used by the development team
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve development, testing and release processes
  • Create and maintain standards to be applied by developers
  • Mentor and coach team members in adopting DevOps principles and processes
  • Participate in planning, technical design and decision-making
  • Provide platform/security subject matter expertise when requested by the sales team
  • Provide other support and assistance to the team as required.

Other relevant information

  • Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Will be required to undertake a Police Check
  • Will be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months
