Your new job

Working in a friendly, collaborative and high performing team, you will proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders both within the People & Culture team and in your designated client groups to ensure that the people needs of Orygen are met.

You will be responsible for providing a broad range of support across the employee lifecycle for designated client groups including:

  • Collaborate with Senior P&C Business Partners to provide effective P&C coordination and administrative support
  • Act as the first point of contact to people leaders and employees on employee lifecycle matters
  • Provide operational advice in the interpretation and application of relevant employment legislation, EBA’s, Modern Awards and HR policies
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding and off boarding processes
  • Update and maintain employee data on relevant systems and manage shared inboxes and calendars
  • Assist with developing and implementing contemporary P&C policies and procedures
  • Provide administration support for the Organisational Development and/or Talent Acquisition teams

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. In addition, you bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A wealth of initiative and drive to continuously improve
  • A positive attitude and ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
  • A sense of fun, curiosity and collaboration

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary package between $64,000 - $70,000 pro rata commensurate with skills and experience + 10.5% super + NFP salary packaging up to $15,900
