This role is a fixed term full time opportunity, located in Broome, working in the Early Years Literacy team, to continue the expansion of the Literacy Acquisition for Pre-primary Students (LAPS) program. You will provide on and off-site professional learning and coaching to Early Childhood teaching teams across Kimberley schools. This role involves travelling to remote towns and Indigenous communities several times a term.
Preferred applicants will have a passion for literacy, indigenous teaching experience, skills in facilitating educational parent and community engagement events and current Education Department qualifications and clearances. If you are a great team player and have a willingness to coach and mentor others, we encourage you to apply.
