Opportunity International Australia is seeking a Revenue Administrator for a maternity leave part-time position (3 days/week). This is an 8-month contract (with potential to extend to 12 months) with a start date of mid-November.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be a pivotal member of our Corporate Services team reporting to our Chief Financial Officer. As a natural self-starter with a keen eye for detail, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of income into Raiser’s Edge (CRM), receipting, monthly giving processing, monthly revenue reporting and be the point of contact for all donation and income queries.

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

You will be a strong communicator and have good attention to detail. You will be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders of the business and be motivated to ensure revenue information is entered in a timely and accurate manner. You can navigate your way around our database (Raiser’s Edge). Your confident, proactive, mature and professional approach, coupled with the ability to work in alignment with the values of the Christian ethos that motivates Opportunity, will be key to your success.
