In the past 3 years alone through the sale of Onya products, our customers have diverted more than 114 tonnes of plastic waste from landfill.
That's the equivalent of over 10.5 million plastic drink bottles!
At Onya we come to work every day, not only because we love what we do, but we especially love providing actionable solutions for the massive issue of plastic pollution to the world.
As an Onya customer care representative you will be responsible for helping people reduce single use plastic in their lives and help them generally reduce the waste they produce.
You will be key in helping our customers find solutions to any issues they may be facing when purchasing an Onya product.
This can include among many other things: guidance on how to make an online purchase, tracking a delivery, handling product returns or even more general questions such as what is a great first product to try. The variations are endless!
You will also form a very important and essential part of a small but passionate team who believe that a small business with a conscience can make a big positive change in the world.
We don't want you to be perfect. In fact we would prefer you weren't.
What we are looking for is a dynamic team member who works brilliantly independently (remotely) or as part of a team and who is willing to listen & learn but also share their knowledge to make our team stronger.
We want someone that wants to be with us for the long term. Someone who can help us achieve our goal in reducing the impact of plastic pollution across the globe and in turn, someone who we can help nurture and achieve their goals.
