About the role of a Support Coordinator:

In this role, you will empower NDIS participants to understand, implement and review their NDIS plans. You will assist with and coordinate reviews and arrange connections with service providers.

By doing so, you will also help to develop and maintain relationships with NDIS participants, providers, families, clinicians and government agencies.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant knowledge in the NDIS and disability sector.
  • Experience in case management, as a Support Coordinator or a similar role, with customer-centric support and inclusive communities.
  • A desire to working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • A sound understanding of and experience in coordinating community-based services for people with disabilities.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of family/community in a person's life.
