As the Regional Manager, you will be working from either Central (Perth) or Darwin head office supporting, inspiring and leading a team of managers. Your ‘can-do’ attitude, experience working with remote communities, and cultural intelligence will make you a perfect fit. If you inspire others, lead by example and foster creativity - we want to hear from you. Travel to our regional and remote services will be required on a regular basis.

Our ideal candidate will have

• Knowledge and experience working with victim/survivors of family and domestic violence
• Social work degree or similar| prior experience working with and in Aboriginal communities

• Ability to travel within remote Western Australia and the Northern Territory for up to one week at a time on a monthly basis
• Ability to work in consultation with communities from a both ways approach
• High level report writing skills | High level data collection and experience with data systems
• High level customer service skills working with vulnerable people
