OneCare is seeking a manager with great people skills who will support our approach to improving the workplace culture where every person feels valued and supported.

OneCare currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our contracts, procurement and property function.
The role is supported by a talented and dynamic property and maintenance officer who provides effective links on the ground across five residential aged care sites and numerous rental units across Tasmania.
OneCare is seeking a manager to work from our corporate office in Hobart or Launceston and improve our procurement and contracts position resulting in streamlined, business-focused and cost-saving outcomes across our facilities. Property management is included in this role but plays a smaller part given the active support on the ground. OneCare has a Strategic Asset Management Plan in place with regular maintenance schedules across our facilities.
The role will provide a higher level oversite of property management and detailed management of procurement/contracts that support commercial solutions for future growth. The position is a non-executive role and does require some travel across the state periodically.
