Coordinator

One2One

One2One is an organisation which provides individually tailored supports to people with disabilities and their families - one person at a time. We specialise in co-designing and implementing Individual Living Options using models such as Homeshare, Coresident and Mentor approaches.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our existing Coordination team. You must be passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live a good life whilst being afforded the same rights, opportunities, and responsibilities as everyone else.

WHAT WE’RE ABOUT

  • We believe that people with disability should be included in the same kinds of places as everyone else rather than being defined and grouped by their disability.
  • We believe that every person should be in charge of their own destiny to the greatest extent possible.
  • We believe in being authentic and honest in all our working relationships.
  • We value the people who work for us in the same way we value our consumers.
  • We consult our consumers on any decisions One2One makes that may affect them.
  • We stick with our consumers through thick and thin because we want them to be committed to us for the long run.
