This is an exciting opportunity for you to support participants transitioning into existing accommodation services as well as new accommodation services sites. This will include the development and implementation of transition plans for NDIS participants to move into vacant housing options. The Senior Project Officer will also assist with audit compliance as required.   

We guarantee no two days will ever be the same. You will assist in the development and implementation of a NDIS SIL Services Housing Plan that supports ONCALL’s Strategic Growth Plan, whilst conducting a thorough handover to the appointed SIL Coordinator to support the ongoing provision of tailored services and care programs for the participant.

Your Skills and Experience

  • A Tertiary Qualification in Disability or other appropriate Tertiary Qualification relevant to working Disability/NDIS sector
  • A Post Graduate qualification in business or relevant field is highly desirable
  • Significant experience and working knowledge of NDIS and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Experience in accommodation services in Disability/NDIS sector
  • Exceptional customer service, influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
