About the role:

Perhaps the most important role that ONCALL has to offer, you will source, screen and induct our casual workforce to support and serve our communities’ most vulnerable people. It is a critical business role that ensures we are able to deliver more of the quality services we are known for!

From you, we need:

  • A qualification in HR, Community or Disability related fields; or experience in the field
  • Hands-on recruitment experience end to end required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to build rapport quickly
  • A professional team player with great energy
  • Strong administration skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Open mindedness and the ability to work sensitively with diverse cultural groups
  • The ability to present in front of groups of people in an exciting and engaging manner
