About the role:

Perhaps the most important role that ONCALL has to offer, you will source, screen and induct our casual workforce to support and serve our communities’ most vulnerable people. From you, we need:

• A qualification in HR, Community or Disability related fields; or experience in the field
• Great communication skills
• The ability to build rapport quickly
• A professional team player with great energy
• Strong administration skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Open mindedness and the ability to work sensitively with diverse cultural groups
• The ability to present in front of groups of people in an exciting and engaging manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
