Working as part of a much larger NDIS Client Services team, you will act a as a first point of contact for all new NDIS referrals. You will work closely with participants and their families to identify what current and future supports are required to make progress with a person’s goals and aspirations, leading to an increase in choice and control for ONCALL’s participants.

Specifically, this will involve:

  • Responding to enquiries regarding ONCALL's NDIS services
  • Providing advice regarding NDIS plans and developing service agreements
  • Gathering / collating relevant participant documentation to assess safety and risk for service delivery
  • Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of accurate record keeping on participant records and client database

About You:

Our Successful Applicant will have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with our NDIS participants/families
  • Held a similar position within the human services sector
  • Knowledge of NDIS or DHHS service systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of NDIS Plans and service agreements
  • Experience liaising with internal/external stakeholders such as Support Coordinators, parents, Psychologists etc.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and time management skills
  • Have a current (or willing to obtain) police check, WWC check and DWES check
