About the role

In response to growth, ONCALL is searching for a new Casual Staff Services (CSS) Manager. The primary focus of this role is to manage growth activity throughout Victoria; you will ensure that ONCALL are equipped to expand on our existing client base while upholding our high-quality service standard.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Casual Staff Services, you will utilise your expertise to create new business opportunities and drive performance within the team. 

Additionally, you will:

• Assist with the implementation of the CSS Growth Strategy across Victoria and interstate
• Oversee day-to-day rostering activities of the team
• Review, report on and allocate vacant shifts amongst the team
• Provide leadership and supervision to the Allocation (Rostering) team to ensure that shifts are filled with appropriate staff, capable of meeting support requirements
• Ensure CSS Services are delivered effectively by ensuring participant centred approach at all times
• Ensure services are delivered in line with ONCALL Policies and Procedures and aligned to all DHHS, NDIS and National Quality Standards and Legislative requirements
• Provide advice and guidance to ONCALL’s After Hours program when required

To be considered, we require a leader – someone with strong stakeholder management / negotiation skills who can motivate and guide a team to drive performance.

We are seeking someone who has proven experience within labour hire services. Additionally, the successful applicant will possess superior communication and reporting skills along with an ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
