This is an exciting opportunity for you to become a key contributor to ONCALL’s dynamic Client Services team. Focusing primarily on providing administrative support, you will ensure that all NDIS participants have a current Service Agreement in place. You will provide high-quality service (via telephone) to ensure that both the participant, and ONCALL, have set expectations of how supports identified in the participant’s plan are to be delivered.

Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, you will be a key driver in ensuring that NDIS participants are fully involved in any decision that affects their supports.  Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Create Service Agreements and Service Bookings for all NDIS participants.
  • Manage service agreement renewals, increases and renewal alerts in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring participant records are up to date and adhere to privacy / confidentiality policies.
  • Assist NDIS participants exercise choice and control over their supports;
  • Collate / gather documentation required for NDIS reporting;
  • Assisting with outstanding invoice and debt collection. 

About You:

Our Successful Applicant will:

  • Have strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with our NDIS participants/families;
  • Have previous administration & office experience;
  • Focus, prioritise and work effectively within a fast-paced environment;
  • Have outstanding telephone communication, customer service and IT skills;
  • Have a current (or willing to obtain) police check, WWC check and DWES check;
