This is an exciting opportunity for you to become a key contributor to ONCALL’s dynamic Client Engagement team. Focusing primarily on ensuring a quality customer experience, you will provide support coordination to participants with complex needs and assist them in achieving goals as set out in their NDIS plans.

Reporting to the Senior Client Engagement Consultant, you will be a key driver in the provision of flexible and tailored supports for people with disabilities, their families and carers, ensuring adherence to quality and practice standards under the NDIS.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing person centred services, via telephone, that enrich the lives of people living with disabilities;
  • Engaging clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their profiles are maintained in ONCALL’s database;
  • Actively engage with NDIS participants/families, ensuring that all key stakeholders have a clear understanding of their individual funding (whether through NDIS or ISP);
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with NDIS participants/families, staff and other key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assisting with rostering duties;
  • Liaise with NDIA, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and other key stakeholders as required.

About You:

Our Successful Applicant will:

  • Have strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with our NDIS participants/families;
  • Focus, prioritise and work effectively within a fast-paced environment;
  • Have held a similar position within the human services sector;
  • Have outstanding telephone communication, customer service and IT skills;
  • Have a current (or willing to obtain) police check, WWC check and DWES check;
