This is an exciting opportunity for you to become a key contributor to ONCALL’s dynamic and diverse Supported Independent Living (SIL) Services team. Focusing primarily on management of a portfolio of residential houses, you will provide a comprehensive suite of services and support to residents with significant, complex and dual disabilities across a variety of accommodation models including ongoing, emergency, contingency and transitional. You will be fully supported by a professional Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) and a registered Authorised Program Officer.
Reporting to the SIL Services Team Leader, you will utilise your expertise to coordinate and build high performing teams to deliver quality, client centred care and support to our wonderful residents.
