Odyssey House Victoria (OHV) is a place of hope and positive change for individuals working towards breaking their pattern of addiction. Kids in Focus is a service funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Social Services. It is a specialist child, parenting and family support service for highly vulnerable families where a parent has an alcohol and/or other drug problem. We provide this service free of charge. Odyssey House Victoria is committed to child safety and is a child safe organisation.
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate professional who can deliver high quality treatment services to improve outcomes for families impacted by problematic alcohol and other drug use. The position is offered as a part time, 0.8 FTE, maximum term contract to 30 June 2023. The role is based at Richmond.
KIF is an outreach parenting support and case management program working with families where one or more parents has problematic alcohol and other drug use. The Senior KIF Case Manager’s key purpose is to increase parenting capacity, life skills and social connection, and decrease risk to children and their families.
