The position is offered as a fixed term contract to 30 June 2023, with possibility of extension if funding allows. The role is based at Odyssey House’s head office in Richmond.
The key purpose of the position is to support the Management structure of residential services in constructive ways to ensure best practices are followed with regards rostering and time sheets, purchasing policies and procedures, acquittals, and financial management according to site requirements.
A day in the life of this position includes liaising closely with all Senior Residential Service Management, understanding their diverse program requirements, and working in conjunction with the Finance function to ensure appropriate financial systems are in place and to enable their efficient operation. Further liaising with quality management functions across the organisation will enable effective contribution to the ongoing development and implementation of quality assurance systems and processes.
