The position

The position is offered as a full-time, maximum term contract to 30 June 2023, with possibility of extension if funding allows. The position is based in Barwon, Geelong.

The Administration & Reception Officer is responsible for processing all intakes for our various services, as well as reception duties and other administrative tasks to assist in the running of our AOD services in the Barwon catchment.

A day in the life of this position includes: processing intakes and referrals-in to our various services across the Barwon catchment, assist in the allocation and distribution of clients to clinicians, chairing and minuting of Clinical Review meetings, direct enquiries to the appropriate OHV services, assisting with data collection and collating reports, and contributing to the achievement of continuous quality improvement.
