The position:

The key purpose of the position is to deliver an effective and efficient payroll service and undertake related projects and initiatives across Odyssey House.

A day in the life of this position includes; working closely with the Assistant Finance Manager and the HR team; responding to employee payroll and finance queries; managing end to end monthly and fortnightly payroll including timesheet management; formulating reports from financial and payroll systems to inform Board reports and tender submissions, and managing individual and agency-wide salary increases.

The position is offered as a part time (0.6FTE) fixed term contract to 30 June 2023, with possibility of extension if funding allows. The role is located at 660 Bridge Road, Richmond.
