Your Role:
- Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme participants and their networks
- Provide evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in their homes, in community environments, and in Superyou clinic locations
- Collaborate with the trans-disciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
- Contribute to initiatives related to service innovation and continuous improvement

- A starting salary of $70K + $14.4K vehicle allowance

What you’ll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in your relevant field
- Registration with the relevant Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- First Aid Certification
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
