About the Opportunity

The Administration Support Officer supports the organisation to ensure the NT PHN sites are efficiently managed, providing support as required. This includes but is not limited to administration processes and systems, assets, facilities, records management, events and continuous improvement.

About You

This role will suit a candidate that has high level administrative skills and is organised, pays attention to detail, has great interpersonal skills, and is able to manage multiple tasks and projects within a small team, we are looking for you! If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to chat:

  • Knowledge or training equivalent to year 12 or Cert III or equivalent relevant experience /education and training.
  • High level administration and organisational skills showing capacity to prioritise multiple tasks and evaluate team resources
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software packages including Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft outlook and Microsoft SharePoint (Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide high level customer service in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to build rapport, develop business relationships and contribute effectively to a team using initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills with the proven ability to work independently and under pressure, proactively solving problems as required.
  • A current First Aid Certificate, would be desirable
