The Family Dispute Resolution Service (‘FDRS’) conferencing program assists people experiencing family breakdown reach a legally binding agreement in Family Law matters.
The successful applicant will assist the Supervising Legal Practitioner in performing the operations of the Commission’s Family Dispute Resolution Service, including assessing conference applications, chairing conferences, undertaking quality assurance reviews and maintaining effective liaison with key stakeholders.
A contract will be negotiated based on the experience of the successful applicant. The Commission’s conditions of employment are similar to those existing in the Northern Territory Public Service.
