The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) in association with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation New South Wales Branch (ANMF NSW Branch) seeks a Membership Growth and Retention Administrator to join our Administrative Services team on a permanent full-time basis.
This role will be responsible for out bound member contact with focus on membership growth and retention.
To be considered for this role you require:
Selection Criteria
- High-level interpersonal skills including objection handling and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make recommendations for service improvement
- Demonstrated ability to generate reports for the purpose of analysis
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team, as well as having initiative and be self-directed within that environment
- Experience mentoring staff to achieve team goals
- Previous experience in a customer contact centre environment
- Strong work ethic and acceptance of high-level accountabilities
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Systems. Previous Salesforce experience would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated commitment to the trade union movement
