The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) in association with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation New South Wales Branch (ANMF NSW Branch) seeks a Membership Growth and Retention Administrator to join our Administrative Services team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role will be responsible for out bound member contact with focus on membership growth and retention.

To be considered for this role you require:

Selection Criteria

1. High-level interpersonal skills including objection handling and persuasion skills
2. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make recommendations for service improvement
3. Demonstrated ability to generate reports for the purpose of analysis
4. Exceptional customer service skills
5. Sound written and oral communication skills
6. Demonstrated ability to work within a team, as well as having initiative and be self-directed within that environment
7. Experience mentoring staff to achieve team goals
8. Previous experience in a customer contact centre environment
9. Strong work ethic and acceptance of high-level accountabilities
10. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Systems. Previous Salesforce experience would be highly regarded
11. Demonstrated commitment to the trade union movement
