In Home Care is for families that are unable to access other forms of child care, such as centre-based care or family day care. This could be because:
- The family lives in a rural or remote area
- The family works non-standard hours
- The family has challenging or complex needs
About you
You will:
- have a passion for helping people
- have strong decision making abilities
- have experience in setting up management systems
- have strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude
- enjoy a challenging role
- have management experience in the early childhood education and care sector

Essential criteria
- minimum of Diploma Early Childhood Education and Care
- extensive experience managing an approved service
- experience operating in a highly regulated environment with government funding
- customer service experience and skills
- people management skills
- comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate
Desirable Criteria
- experience in the not for profit sector
- an understanding of In Home Care
- experience managing a large team of independent subcontractors
- experience in recruitment
