CID is a peak body representing the rights and interests of people with intellectual disability in NSW.
CID undertakes advocacy, information provision and projects that advance the rights of people with intellectual disability.
To share information and co-facilitate training programs for CID’s National Information (ILC) funded project. The My Life, My Choices project will focus on making and sharing information about rights and decisions and good support to make decisions.
You will be able to research and provide information, co-design resources and co-facilitate training workshops with your colleagues with intellectual disability.
You will be keen to engage with people with disability, and their families and allies, to build capacity with the vision to ensure people with disability are at the centre of the decision making process in their life.
You will be competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
