The Child and Family Wellbeing Service is made up of three programs; Child Nutrition, Intensive Family Support and Child Advocacy. The primary focus of the Child and Family Wellbeing Service (CFWS) is to deliver targeted, efficient and effective community services within the NPY region, seeking the best possible outcomes with regard to improving the quality of life for Anangu children and communities.
We are now recruiting for an experienced Manager to oversee the three program areas of the CFWS and lead a dedicated team of professionals to deliver a shared purpose in a complex environment. We encourage support, ongoing development and connections in your work and give you the autonomy that creates a culture of trust. You will also receive a comprehensive orientation program, best practice supervision and flexible working arrangements.
Underpinning this will be a competitive, above award based salary, superannuation, salary packaging benefits, 5 weeks of annual leave, 3 days of additional leave, retention bonus and generous personal leave to care for you and your family. We also provide access to an Employee Assistance Program for independent and confidential counselling.
We are committed to building a respectful and inclusive workplace, appointing the best person for the role, supporting diversity. All information will be held in the strictest of confidence.
