NPS MedicineWise has established an excellent reputation for our work in programs, products and services to improve the quality use of medicines and medical tests in Australia. This role, internally referred to as Design Lead, works closely with the Design and Innovation Manager, Medical Advisors and others to gather health professional and consumer input to the design of NPS MedicineWise programs, products and new business.
The Design and Innovation team inputs into the early development of many NPS MedicineWise products and services. This includes scoping multi-faceted education and behaviour change programs, facilitating the ongoing development of NPS MedicineWise products and services, and facilitation of new business design.
The role will work in close collaboration with a range of internal teams and various external stakeholders (such as committees) to assist in design of solutions. You will lead and contribute to various aspects of the design process, including (but not limited to) environmental analysis, project management, requirements gathering, facilitation of stakeholder input (internal and external), contract and relationship management.
