About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Engagement Coordinator to be based in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead and develop the expansion of NPDS into the region. The position will be responsible for achieving continued and sustainable business growth and engaging and collaborating with community organisations, government, non-government agencies, and other key external stakeholders to generate referrals for NDIS participants. You will be proactive in establishing, strengthening, and maintaining strong, positive relationships with all external stakeholders and referral networks.

As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will be an ambassador for NPDS and will pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service from the point of initial enquiry through to scheduling & delivering quality services. You will use your high-level stakeholder engagement and management skills to build and leverage networks.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Disability field such as Support Coordination, Service Coordination, etc. with a proven track record of setting up and achieving KPI’s
  • Solid understanding of the NDIS and the industry, with proven networking and community connections, and the ability to successfully engage with target audiences and referral networks
  • You will be engaging and approachable with direct experience and connections in representation at relevant industry expos, inter-agency forums, external networking opportunities, community development committees and working forums ensuring positive relationship development.
  • Support participants, their families, and key stakeholders to access high quality individualised services, guiding them through the intake process, you will build rapport, nurture, and maintain transparent and collaborative relationships with participants, their families, and key stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and demonstrated ability to apply these skills across a variety of engagements with participants, families, external stakeholders and providers, community groups, governments and regulatory bodies, employees, and senior management.

Renumeration Package is negotiable and based on demonstrated experience.
