Noweyung was established in Bairnsdale, East Gippsland, in 1954. We’ve been an important part of the East Gippsland community for 65 years, delivering Centred-based, social & community services, residential programs, disability and social enterprises. This role is one of partnership as well. It’s a partnership between you and the rest of the senior management team, to respond to opportunities, through the NDIS, to significant growth, to assist and guide us through change processes and to contribute to the positive culture we are recreating.
Assist Noweyung to negotiate an EBA in the near future, undertake a range of employment and roster-related reviews, develop a new-look Training Plan, recruit and induct new staff, develop a staff-focused Communication Plan and continue to develop our induction processes.
This role is tailor-made for someone with broad, generalist HR experience, who loves a challenge, loves people, loves playing a crucial role in organisational change.
