We are looking for a Workforce Planner (WFP) to support the streamlining of our existing work processes to ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time, to maintain Service levels. This will involve elements of workforce planning data analysis, and forecasting supply and demand.
The role will work directly with the NTV appointed Data Analyst. The WFP will contribute to workforce optimisation data and reporting systems, and where required provide training and support to in direct service workers on how to use these tools.
The role will work to support organisation performance and compliance, contract management and contribute to reporting activities with local, state and federal governments.
