No to Violence is Australia’s largest peak body for services and individuals that work with men who use family violence. No to Violence operates the national Men’s Referral Service, the national Brief Intervention Services and the Victorian based Perpetrator Accommodation Support Service, free, confidential counselling, referral and support services. We are looking for strong leadership skills to guide and advise our growing organisation on all aspects of quality assurance and regulatory & legislative compliance and risk. Reporting to the COO, the role will be key in supporting the Leadership Team to establish and maintain a culture of continual quality improvement.
The role will lead the organisation in its continuous improvement, quality and compliance practices. They will refine, develop and facilitate the implementation and improvement of the NTV Quality Management system, ensuring the system maintains accountability and remains fit for purpose.
We are currently undertaking Rainbow Tick accreditation therefore experience with accreditation standards would be beneficial in this role.
The Quality and Compliance Manager will be a key resource in supporting all levels of the organisation to establish and maintain a culture of continual quality improvement.
