About us

No to Violence is Australia’s largest peak body for organisations that work with men that use violence providing training, sector development and advocacy across the sector that works with men who use violence. We also operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals and communities are safer.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible in leading and overseeing a diverse range of key NTV projects from strategic to operational. The role will be key to ensuring project fundamentals are adhered to, considering timelines, budget, risks, issues, and resourcing. As the role will manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously, the ability to prioritise and deal with competing priorities will be key as well as engaging with key stakeholders on project statuses.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Relevant professional project certifications (e.g. PMP, RegPM, PRINCE2, SCRUM, MSP)
  • 3-4 years of hands-on project management experience delivering multiple end to end projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated attention to deadlines and budget guidelines
  • Proven experience in coaching and educating teams on project capabilities and skill sets
  • Proven and successful engagement skills with working across all levels in the organisation
  • Proven track record of influencing a diverse range of stakeholders and possess strong partnership focus to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Competent understanding and utilisation of project management software i.e Smartsheet (similar to Microsoft Project)
  • A willingness to challenge status quo, drive longer term thinking and working with ambiguity
