No to Violence (NTV) is Australia’s largest peak body for organisations that work with men who use violence, providing training, sector development and advocacy across sectors that works with men. NTV operate the Men’s Referral Service, provide a counselling service and referral pathway to services for men.

About the role

The Information Systems and Analyst Lead will bring expertise around the development and use of systems, analytics and reporting against contractual obligations, trends and operational reporting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Reporting to meet regulatory, governance and organisational requirements
• Understanding metrics and provide analysis on service delivery/contractual requirements
• Support workforce planning, development activities to ensure staff rostering is efficient and viable
• Undertake systems administration on BI platforms.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology, Information Systems Management or Data Analytics
• Knowledge/use of Business Intelligence tools and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience working within a dynamic team environment
• Ability to convert raw data into useful analytical information
• Strong reporting capability, particularly against funded KPIs
• Experience as a Systems and Business Analyst.
