No to Violence is Australia’s largest peak body for services and individuals that work with men who use family violence. No to Violence operates the national Men’s Referral Service, the national Brief Intervention Services and the Victorian based Perpetrator Accommodation Support Service, free, confidential counselling, referral and support services.

Key role responsibilities

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, as well as the Board of Governance and any associated subcommittee.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the CEO’s business schedules including arranging meetings
  • Manage the preparation of and response to CEO correspondence
  • Prepare information requirements of the CEO for meetings, appointments and presentations
  • Assist with reporting requirements
  • Act as a first point of contact for all Board queries and respond effectively
  • Prepare agenda and documents for all Board and Subcommittee meetings

Mandatory Requirements

  • Extensive experience providing Personal Assistant and/or Executive Assistant support
  • Ability to manage multiple, changing and competing priorities with a high level of expertise
  • Proven ability to effectively plan, time management with a high attention to detail
  • High level communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn / adapt to new technologies and ability to troubleshoot basic IT problems
