Join the team as a Supporter Experience Account Manager dedicated to the not for profit sector. Play a key role in helping the NFP sector with their digital transformation programs and help them drive a greater level of engagement with their valued supporters.

The Role

We’re looking for a not-for-profit/fundraiser specialist to join the team as Supporter Experience Account Manager. Reporting to the Relationship Manager, your expertise will include experience with multi-channel direct and digital marketing in support of fundraising strategy campaigns of our impressive portfolio of NFP organisations. You’ll assist with production and project management support across a number of key accounts; producing briefs, documentation and maintaining CRM as required.

Your excellent customer service skills will also see you develop strong relationships with both our NFP client fundraising teams, and internal teams alike. Your ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and your strong interpersonal skills will be central to your success in this role.

Succesful Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ client service experience within a direct marketing, agency, creative, or fundraising role
  • Demonstrated excellent Customer Service and Stakeholder management skills
  • Success in multi-channel direct response, creative and digital marketing
  • Experience in fundraising/NFP campaigns
  • Strong planning and administrative skills
  • Ensure process and procedures are in place to maintain a high accuracy of data entry and CRM management
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM an advantage
  • Proven success engaging and managing relationships with a wide and diverse set of stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm for working with good causes, and the ability to meet the challenges of working within a fast-paced agency
