We need a junior and senior program/project managers to run training event coordination for us across most states and territories.

Maybe you have a degree, maybe you don’t, BUT we need you to have great organisational skills, like to be resourceful and solve problems, and are very warm and adept at dealing with client requests. Can you juggle tasks without getting frazzled? Can you take the initiative and think ahead to manage risks and anticipate participant’s needs? Do others comment on your super-efficiency?

You might be coming back into the workforce, or work in event management, public relations, HR staff development or manage an office.

What you’ll do: you will work directly to the CEO and, together with a small team, assist in designing a range of adult learning programs for judges and magistrates around the country.

This might involve arranging lots of meetings for learning design thinking, booking venues, preparing course material, attending sessions to support facilitators and participants. You'll write up the notes, prepare reports. There might be some travel involved.

Less experienced program manager salary range $70-$80k, senior program manager with organisational experience will be around $100-$110K. Work premises is at ANU in the Law Faculty in Canberra.
