Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is a progressive and dynamic organisation poised for its next phase of growth. With services delivered from the Central Coast through to the Mid North Coast, they provide a complex range of mental health, after-hours general practice, community health and NDIS services.
CCPC improves the health and wellbeing in their local communities. They are a large and complex not for profit organisation with 400 staff and contracted service providers across the region.

As a member of the executive team and reporting directly to the CEO, this role is an integral part of CCPC’s leadership team. Based in Erina, your new role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of existing and new mental health programs and services. You will provide leadership to a passionate team and actively participate in business and strategic planning.

You are a natural people leader, ideally from a human services background, and have a track record in delivering highly targeted programs in a like-minded organisation.
