The Role
Due to growth in the Marketing & Communications team, this role focuses on Residential Care, Home Care, Villages and Recruitment Marketing with the opportunity to make a significant impact and difference. In consultation with the General Manager- Marketing and Communications, responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end development and implementation of marketing plans, programs and multi-channel campaigns for Southern Cross Care services and staff recruitment
- Brief and oversee a digital agency, designers and copywriters
- Key stakeholder engagement to understand business priorities and gain a deep understanding and knowledge of service offerings
- Drive Southern Cross Care’s services awareness and presence in local communities
- Work closely with the Brand and Experience Manager to ensure campaigns are on-brand
- Provide monthly analytics and reports to analyse, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and maximise ROI
- Mentor a marketing and communications coordinator
Skills Required
You will ideally hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar, along with extensive equivalent experience in marketing-related roles within a large, complex organisation. You will also have:-
- Proven strategic thinking and project planning capability
- Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing B2C marketing plans and activities
- A track record of creating, executing and managing successful multi-channel advertising campaigns with a strong ROI
- Ability to formulate well-researched and clearly presented briefs and reports based on data, insights and analytics
- Current knowledge of marketing trends and digital platforms
- Proven ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Aged Care, Home, Retirement or Residential Care is highly regarded
