BirdLife Australia is a national, grassroots conservation charity with over 280,000 supporters. We have been the voice of Australia’s birdlife for over a century, from protecting birds and their habitats to on-ground projects and advocacy informed by rigorous science. Our core programs adopt a multi-species landscape-scale approach to conservation, including beach-nesting shorebirds, woodland birds, mallee birds and globally important habitats, which we call Key Biodiversity Areas.
As Birdlife embarks on a five-year fundraising growth strategy, you will play a key role in optimising individual giving across four key fundraising programs; regular giving and membership, cash appeals, bequests and community fundraising.

You are a data-driven direct marketer with a record of managing multichannel campaigns and a career developed in either the fundraising or commercial sectors.
