The Role

This role will work in tandem with another Co-Director in leading TFA’s flagship Leadership Development Program (the LDP) and report into the General Manager. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead a team that is specifically be responsible for curriculum development, delivery of participant coaching and the relationship management of university, school and state partners.

Together the Co-Directors are accountable for:

  • Forging new ways of working and delivering the LDP in line with strategic goals
  • Ensuring a seamless and successful participant journey that contributes to TFA’s vision
  • Creating an environment that fosters collaboration across a large team.

Skills Required

You have demonstrable commitment to education equity and a desire and ability to work in a co leadership role. Specifically you will have:

  • Effective collaborative people leadership, in a tactical outcome-focused environment
  • Demonstrated strategic acumen including high level programmatic operational experience
  • The ability to manage complex remote teams and relationships with a diverse range of partners
  • Knowledge of education practice or practice based leadership development/coaching.
