With a 40-year history, we are the "go-to" organisation for primary health information and person-centred services in the outer and rural north of Melbourne.

Let's talk about the role

Customer Service Representatives are the frontline workers for the organisation and they ensure that visitors who visit or phone, are greeted and made welcome in a professional manner that ensures that the client's needs are handled efficiently from the first point of contact.

The role of Customer Service Representative comprises three main functions:

  • Reception / front desk
  • Call centre
  • Administration & support

Staff will be required to function effectively and meet reasonable KPIs in all 3 areas of responsibility. Staff will also rotate through all Nexus locations (Wallan, Broadford, Seymour and occasionally Kinglake) within rostered opening hours and may be asked to back up their colleagues to cover leave.

You have great customer service and experience in multi-tasking in a busy environment. You have great communication skills and an ability to think on your feet. You may come with a background in retail, hospitality or similar. Some background in health and community services would be preferred but is not essential.

Penalty rates apply for after-hours and weekend work.
